The Beginning

TENTEN Technical Services L.L.C. was founded with a clear vision—to redefine excellence in aluminium and glass fabrication. What started as a small venture in a 1,000 sq. ft. facility in Ajman Industrial Area quickly became a hub of craftsmanship and innovation. With a single production unit and a small but dedicated team, we laid the foundation for what would become a thriving enterprise.

From the outset, our commitment to precision, quality, and customer satisfaction set us apart. Despite our modest resources, we worked relentlessly to meet the growing demand for premium aluminium and glass solutions. Word of mouth and repeat business fueled our early growth, establishing us as a trusted name in the industry.

Scaling Up

With increasing demand for high-quality aluminium and glass solutions, we recognized the need for expansion. In 2019, we moved to a 3,000 sq. ft. warehouse, tripling our space and allowing us to scale operations significantly.

This expansion marked a pivotal moment, enabling us to:
Enhance production capacity to handle larger projects.
Diversify service offerings, catering to more complex architectural needs.
Strengthen our workforce, attracting skilled professionals to drive innovation.

As a result, we solidified our position as a key player in the UAE’s architectural sector, earning the trust of contractors, developers, and homeowners alike.

Navigating the Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic presented one of the toughest challenges in our journey. Supply chain disruptions, project delays, and industry-wide slowdowns threatened to derail our progress. However, our resilience and adaptability ensured that we not only survived but emerged stronger.

During this period, we focused on:

With the industry rebounding, 2024 was a year of significant expansion and strategic diversification for TENTEN Technical Services.

Expansion of Infrastructure
We acquired an additional 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse, further increasing our production capacity and enabling us to handle larger, more intricate projects with ease.
Launch of TEN Building Material Trading L.L.C.
Understanding the market’s evolving needs, we introduced TEN Building Material Trading L.L.C., a B2B-focused venture that supplies high-quality building materials to construction companies, contractors, and developers across the UAE.
Introducing System10 – Our Own Aluminium System
Recognizing the demand for tailored, high-performance aluminium solutions, we developed System10—our proprietary aluminium system designed to meet the specific standards and requirements of the UAE market. This innovation positioned us as not just fabricators, but as solution providers, offering a competitive edge to our clients.
BOGO Hardware: A New Brand for High-Quality Hardware Solutions
We also launched BOGO Hardware, our very own hardware brand, engineered for durability, reliability, and seamless compatibility with modern architectural projects. This step allowed us to offer a comprehensive range of locally adapted hardware solutions, making TENTEN a one-stop shop for all aluminium, glass, and building material needs.
With these initiatives, we transformed from a fabrication company into a diversified industry leader, ready to tackle the evolving challenges of the construction sector.

Entering the Global Stage & Future.

This year marks a major milestone in our journey as we expand beyond the UAE and step into the Saudi Arabian market. This move is the first step in our bold vision to enter one new country every year, expanding our regional and global footprint.

International Expansion & Market Penetration

We are actively working to establish a strong presence in Saudi Arabia, where rapid urban development and large-scale infrastructure projects create new opportunities for premium aluminium and glass solutions.

Securing Landmark Projects

We have also secured a prestigious 15-story twin tower project in Ruiru, Kenya, a testament to our ability to deliver large-scale architectural projects beyond the UAE. This achievement not only strengthens our global presence but also reinforces our commitment to setting new benchmarks in quality and excellence.
